The Magician - Le Bateleur - El Mago

Here I present to you my version of the Magician from the Tarot of Marseille, which dates back to the first half of the 15th century.

The Magician is the first card of the tarot and is depicted as a man standing, holding a magic wand in one hand pointing to the sky and the other pointing to the earth. On his table, we find the four elements: a cup (water/emotions), a sword (air/intelligence), gold coins (earth/resources), and a staff (fire/energy). These elements represent different aspects of life and symbolize the Magician’s ability to use all these energies at his disposal.

The Magician is a symbol of power, capability, and creativity. He represents our ability to manifest our desires and transform our lives. It serves as a reminder that we often have the tools necessary to achieve our goals and that magic is within us, waiting to be unleashed.
